HAPPY ME is an ultra-nurturing, playful and interactive experience that empowers young people and children to access a greater sense of overall happiness and wellbeing. It is designed to educate and create a new culture of wellbeing in our society. The aim of this program is to increase the quality of life so that young people can live well now and journey through life with ease and contentment as they proceed into adulthood. Thus begins the domino effect: step by step this new art of living is adopted and filtered out for all to enjoy.
Song Writing Workshop
Open to children of all musical backgrounds, this workshop is designed to foster creative expression and musical understanding and aims to empower young minds with a wealth of creative ideas and possibilities. Jane, a published songwriter and singer and my journey in song writing, includes accolades from the John Lennon Writing Competition, experiences writing in New York and a song on a platinum selling album. This inspires her to share this passion with the next generation.
We will learn to warm up our voices and prepare to ignite our ideas! Song writing is a powerful tool to help build confidence and encourage creative development. With this workshop my aim is to show how we can use our feelings and experiences to create songs that express our unique view of the world around us. Great for building self- esteem and confidence.
Each child will leave with the experience of song collaboration and my worksheets so they can repeat the process at home and build their own treasure chest of ideas! You do not need to be a singer or play an instrument, we create a song from scratch with absolutely no experience necessary.

Happy Me Goes Wild - May Half Term at The Nest
A fun, social and nurturing day for your little ones. HAPPY ME is back this spring half term with a TWIST! We are offering children in our community the chance to experience freedom, wellness and nature in child-led play. In these 3 hour camps, children will be practising healthy social interactions and feel good friendships, also offering creative expression of self through arts, crafts and games, to embrace their uniqueness, and truly go “wild”.
Workshop 1: Magical Meadow (9am-12pm) led by Ella includes:
> Nature crafts and lots of games
> Butterfly wing and wand making to fly around the meadow
> Potion making with gratitude intentions
> Dance and stretch with our street dance and hip hop teacher
> Nature breathing and exploring and more…
Workshop 2: Willow Warriors (12pm-3pm) led by James includes:
> Den making and treasure hunt
> Face painting with natural paints
> Lots of games including find your animal noise
> Outdoor crafts and gift making with natural items
> Fire pit and wellness story telling and more…
Dates: 28th-31st May | 9am-12pm and/or 12pm-3pm (your child is welcome to join one or both workshops)

Pictures / visual aids stimulate inspiring thoughts and emotions. These emotions then direct us towards taking action and therefore, help us create results in our lives that we desire.
So, we invite your child to our Vision Board Making Workshop. We encourage your child to dream using their imagination. This experience will encourage them to spend time thinking about the things that fill them with joy, passion and excitement.

Happy Me Heroes
First Aid Workshop for children
The HAPPY ME HEROS children's first aid classes are fun, interactive and informative providing a relaxed and safe environment to learn a key life skill.
Nicola will be bring along her team of superhero manikins as the topics we will cover will give children the knowledge to enable them to save a life and so become a real life superhero (although we would obviously hope the learning is never put into practice).

Calling for Help
What to do in an emergency (DRABC)
Recovery Position
CPR
Choking
Anaphylaxis (allergies)
All children will be given the opportunity to practice the recovery position, practice CPR and use a training adrenaline pen.

Happy Me Camp at Chevening Hall - Easter Break
A fun, social and nurturing day for your little ones. HAPPY ME is back this Easter break to offer children in our community the chance to learn about happiness and wellness. HAPPY ME exposes children to positive language which supports them in adopting an abundant and growth mindset. It normalises talking about emotions as well as practising healthy social interactions and feel good friendships. It also offers expression of self through arts, crafts and games.

Happy Me VIP Retreat - Easter Break
This is a highly luxurious retreat for children filled with lots of nurturing. They will feel fabulous after a special Foot Spa cleanse and massage. Next, they will ground themselves with a mindful barefoot walk around the space optimising their magical senses and as a result naturally calming themselves. From start to finish they are encouraged to express who they really are, sharing their uniqueness, upgrading their mindset "to everything is available to me", being creative, all while enjoying extra special activities such as truffle making, VIP card making, creative canvas paintings and more.
What's more, is that they are involved in making their own nutritious and delicious treats, some of which they will show you when they go home. And of course, they will need a special HAPPY ME apron for this! By the end of the day your child will better know how to calm and relax their mind and body through breathing techniques, sound, mindfulness and gentle movement. They will also graduate with a HAPPY ME certificate. Oh, and please ask us to SING you our song!

Friday Girl’s Night
Friday Girl’s night is a once a month event that offers a space to hang out with other girls experiencing the same things. It is lead by Teen Expert and Coach Beth who has worked with young women all over the world and cannot wait to welcome your tween to a magical event.
This event will promote:
-Re-socialisation post-pandemic
-Safe space to connect without judgement
-Games, girl talk, movies, dancing, music and more…
Free Snacks and Drinks all evening (please notify us of any dietry requirements)
