I have been working in the field of well-being at one level or another for 4 Decades!

  • Leonie Garner - Clinical Hypnotherapist

    I began my career in TV, but after two Hypno-births and a reset on priorities, I decided to pursue my fascination with the human mind and hypnotherapy. For the last 10 years, my purpose has been to help anyone struggling in life to find resolution, healing and happiness.

  • Dr Melissa Bujtor – Nutrition (women’s health and paediatrics)

    I am an experienced, university-qualified, registered nutritionist (RNutr), specialising in human nutrition across the lifespan, with a particular focus on all aspects of women's health (fertility, pre- and post-natal nutrition, weight loss, perimenopause and menopause, healthy ageing, and conditions such as endometriosis, PCOS and gastrointestinal disorders), as well as all aspects of paediatric nutrition (birth to 18 years).

    I first discovered Pilates through ballet training to help improve my flexibility and strength. My method is based on the classical method by Joseph Pilates. My goal is for you to find joy in movement and to get the most out of your practise through focus on form and posture.

    I’m Mike, a classical Pilates teacher with over 10 years of experience and a background in injury rehabilitation. I hold a BSc in Sports Science, an MSc in Sports Therapy, and have worked in various physiotherapy clinics as well as owned a Pilates studio in London. Excited to welcome you to The Nest.

    James has a Level 3 Diploma in PT, BA degree in Sports Science, to nam a few. He has a decade of experience in the fitness and wellness industry. His training style is about having a holistically healthy body mind and spirit, preaching technique and movement quality, helping people restore the ability to move without pain and restriction.
