Open to children of all musical backgrounds, this workshop is designed to foster creative expression and musical understanding and aims to empower young minds with a wealth of creative ideas and possibilities. Jane, a published songwriter and singer and my journey in song writing, includes accolades from the John Lennon Writing Competition, experiences writing in New York and a song on a platinum selling album. This inspires her to share this passion with the next generation.

We will learn to warm up our voices and prepare to ignite our ideas! Song writing is a powerful tool to help build confidence and encourage creative development. With this workshop my aim is to show how we can use our feelings and experiences to create songs that express our unique view of the world around us. Great for building self- esteem and confidence.

Each child will leave with the experience of song collaboration and my worksheets so they can repeat the process at home and build their own treasure chest of ideas! You do not need to be a singer or play an instrument, we create a song from scratch with absolutely no experience necessary.
