Fitness at The Nest

At The Nest we believe movement is a core pillar in everyone’s overall well-being. Therefore, we have carefully curated all of our fitness and movement classes to have an emphasis on both the body and the mind; reconnecting the two with the aim of having you feeling stronger, empowered and rejuvenated, no matter what your level is.

Choose from our range of classes from Pilates and Yoga, to Strength and Bootcamp - and of course, our unique Align & Refine, Energiser, and Manifestor classes.

All Classes are £20, unless you have a Class Pack.

Please note we have a 24 hour cancellation policy in place, therefore if you wish to cancel within 24 hours please let us know, although it will be non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding.

Pilates

Experience a high vibe, stress busting and empowering class to raise your energy with expert personal trainer James. These sessions are designed around the power of movement to improve your strength, agility and endurance, with a different intention each week. It’s a full body workout where you’ll build your physical and mental fitness without even realising it- because you’ll be having an absolute blast!

Strength Class

Designed to challenge your body and mind whilst focusing on technique and form. Gatling and James’ expert guidance will lead you through a full-body dynamic workout, focusing on building muscle, enhancing endurance, and sculpting your body to its fullest potential, using dumbbells and bodyweight exercises. You can expect to leave each class feeling strong, empowered, and like you’ve reached new limits.

NEW! Outdoor Bootcamp

It’s back baby! Get out in nature and enjoy the much-loved bootcamp sessions in our stunning Willow Meadow! These sessions are designed to push your limits through a blend of teamwork, interval training, and dynamic circuits, open and fully adaptable to all experience levels. From cardio drills to strength-building exercises, each class promises to keep you on your toes and leave you feeling accomplished and motivated.

Align & Refine

With intricately targeted ‘exercises’ this can be addressed to allow the muscles to work to their designed purposes and not waste precious energy in compensatory use. Postural Alignment exercises teach people the methods needed to recover ownership of their bodies and move themselves out of pain or discomfort. Amazing for people who work a lot on laptops, teens and adults with text-neck and anyone with an injury (past or present).
