Cold water therapy is an opportunity for you to feel like you’re living fully again. Not only will you see an instant positive change in your mood, a heightened sense of awareness, but you will be training your nervous system to deal with stressful day-to-day situations more easily. Breath-work and ice bathing can also help reduce inflammation, increase metabolism, support concentration, boost immune system and lower blood pressure.

Community Chill, led by Paul, offers a real sense of achievement, community and team spirit with Way Cup’s warm and cold beverages always available afterwards.
