Security & Confidentiality Policy.

Purpose and Scope

The Nest and Health Group Ltd has a legal responsibility to safeguard the confidentiality and security of our clients, partners, contractors, suppliers as well and operational, proprietary, and employee information. This information may include, but is not limited to, human resources, pay-roll, fiscal, research and strategic planning and may exist in any form, including electronic, video, spoken or written. This policy applies to all members of the workforce, employees, suppliers, contractors, partners and third-party involvements whether temporary or permanent, visiting, or designated as associates, who are employed by, contracted to, or under the direct control of The Nest and Health Group.

We agree to be bound by this Security and Confidentiality Policy and to take all reasonable, necessary, and appropriate steps to safeguard private data from disclosure to anyone except the appropriate and designated permitted team members of the company.

We acknowledge that we may only access information needed to perform legitimate duties.

We must protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the company’s and its client information. No access to any company information with any unauthorised individual, whether internal or external to The Nest and Health Group.

We will not facilitate another’s illegal access to the The Nest and Health Group administrative systems or compromise the integrity of the system’s information by sharing passwords, or other access information or devices.

We will immediately report any known, or suspected violation of the confidentiality, or security of The Nest and Health Group policies at all times.

We take your confidentiality and security very seriously, however, nothing in this or any other policy will prevent information being provided as required to protect life and /or the physical or mental health of an individual. All matters must be discussed and authorised by a Director of the company unless there is a clear and immediate danger to life.
