Beth offers Personal Breakthrough Experiences through Self-Discovery Coaching Sessions which involve exploring one's inner world in a fun, safe and compassionate manner. 

Coaching involves you to become aware of the root cause of all problems: Your thinking. The ways in which you think, could be hindering the way you experience life as a whole... unknowingly. With Beth's support, you will make empowered inner adjustments that change the way you think, feel and behave to optimize the relationship you have with yourself and the world around you. 

Clients often find that these life -long changes not only support their emotional wellbeing but expand to all aspects of life including the quality of their relationships with others, their studies, work, health and more.

Beth is also seriously passionate about educating people on Mental Wellness, the new way. Formally, she was an international Coach and Teacher in Spain, Thailand, UK and UAE.

    Enjoy a fun way to get to know yourself well from the comfort of your own home or anywhere else in the world. Sessions offer you the opportunity to better understand yourself, learn about what is going on inside and why, how to give yourself what you need, when you need it (guilt-free) and grow both a positive and healthy relationship with yourself, others and the world around you. Free yourself from any unnecessary burdening thoughts, worries, anxiety, stress, health nuances, poor relationships and unhealthy habits and more.

    If you are feeling stuck or transitioning through a life change such as starting / leaving University, a breakup, loss of a loved one, changing jobs, navigating a change in your mental or physical health, then this program is for you.

  • TEEN Sessions

    Often teenagers feel very overwhelmed and have huge expectations of themselves. They can also lack the ability to communicate how they feel, what they need or even ask for help. They may feel embarrassed or fearful to discuss particular situations with a parent. Perhaps as a parent you feel at a loss of how to support your TEEN who may be going through struggle after struggle. As everyone knows, these issues left uncared for only get worse.

    So why might a TEEN take sessions? They may be experiencing: social anxiety, low self-esteem, social media pressure, poor body image, friendship complications, bullying, school pressures or even difficulties managing changing family dynamics. These sessions are a way to ensure your TEEN has someone to turn to in times of need. They can share what’s on their mind, how they feel and learn how to deal with life challenges. The sessions offer the opportunity to keep communication open so that the TEEN feels safe and supported. As a parent, you can also relax knowing that your child has a place of refuge and is learning life skills that will support them now and in their future.

    The sessions are bespoke to the needs of your TEEN and will cover this general framework: Self-empowerment, Problem solving, Self-awareness, Managing emotions, My needs and Effective communication.
